X7’s Tea Dances

These dances are a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon and dance to a live band – the X7’s, Wellington’s own “little big band” specialising in dance music from various eras. There are lots of opportunities for both your Rhythm and Smooth dancing with plenty of Quickstep music as well.

These dances are all held at the Petone Beach cafe where a full restaurant and bar service is available.

Genna and Lisa do not always attend all of these, so please use the contact details provided to book yourselves. We would suggest that you say your from Two Right Feet Dance Studio so that you are all reserved the same table(s).

Please note that we do try and keep up to date with any changes etc. to this information throughout the year, but as we are not involved in the organisation of this event, are not always made aware of any changes.

  • About Two Right Feet Dance Studio

    Two Right Feet Dance Studio was formed by Genna and Lisa to share their passion for social dancing from their studio in central Wellington.

    Our beginners course covers smooth and rhythm dances – Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha Cha and East Coast Swing. We provide more advanced courses focussing on smooth or rhythm along with private lessons and other ways to improve your social dancing.

    But it’s not just classrooms. We run our own dances and link into a wide network of dances held throughout Wellington.
